No Refund Policy
All purchases made through GTF Institute Private Limited are final.
By purchasing any course, program, event ticket, mentorship service, LMS access, scanner subscription, indicator access, community membership, educational resource, digital product, or any other offering provided by the Company, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- No full refund shall be provided under any circumstances.
- No partial refund shall be provided under any circumstances.
- No cancellation request shall be accepted after successful payment.
- No refund shall be granted for unused services, missed sessions, missed events, missed webinars, missed mentorship interactions, or failure to utilize any purchased benefit.
- No refund shall be granted due to dissatisfaction with personal learning outcomes, trading results, business results, financial results, or individual expectations.
- No refund shall be granted due to change of personal circumstances, health conditions, relocation, employment commitments, scheduling conflicts, internet issues, device issues, technical limitations, or any other user-specific reason.
- No refund shall be granted if the user fails to attend classes, sessions, events, webinars, workshops, or educational activities.
- No refund shall be granted in the event of modifications, updates, restructuring, suspension, discontinuation, or enhancement of any feature, service, benefit, community, LMS content, scanner functionality, indicator functionality, reward program, or educational resource.
Product and Service Changes
GTF Institute Private Limited continuously improves and updates its products and services. The Company reserves the right to modify, update, add, remove, suspend, replace, or discontinue any feature, content, benefit, session, module, scanner filter, indicator functionality, LMS component, community feature, mentorship structure, or educational resource at its sole discretion.
Such changes shall not create any entitlement to refunds, credits, compensation, or replacement benefits.
Community and Access Termination
Access to Telegram groups, LMS platforms, mentorship communities, discussion forums, events, reward programs, partner programs, and other member-only services is provided subject to compliance with Company policies.
The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access without refund if a user violates any applicable policy, community guideline, code of conduct, or engages in activities deemed harmful to the Company, its members, staff, products, services, or reputation.
Educational Services
Learning outcomes vary from person to person based on factors including effort, consistency, discipline, understanding, market conditions, prior experience, and individual application of concepts.
The Company does not guarantee any specific learning outcome, trading result, financial gain, profitability, certification outcome, career opportunity, business result, or success level.
Final Decision
All decisions regarding refunds, cancellations, access rights, policy interpretation, service eligibility, and dispute resolution shall remain solely at the discretion of GTF Institute Private Limited. The decision of the Company shall be final and binding.
